Cauliflower Risotto, Brussel sprouts, and the salmon were amazing. Great place when you have dietary restrictions- loved the gluten free choices. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the menu items.

Great lunch—we ordered the lasagna, meat loaf, brussels, and amazing chocolate cupcake. All keto—delicious and super low carb. Really charming owners and COVID safe. All cooked to order. Coming back next week.

Having to follow a specific diet is really hard when you want to eat out, so knowing there would be no gluten contamination was a huge comfort! The food was delicious and we were even able to have DESSERT! Mo the owner was also great to talk to! 😄

I had a great experience with this restaurant and didn't even set foot through the door. Service was extremely good per my mom who was there and with my experience on the phone with the owner, and the food was perfectly tailored to my needs so I was already happy. Then the food came and I tried it and WOW WOW it was so delicious. The salmon was cooked to perfection (if you know you know-- salmon has to be done right) and the burrito bowl was also good and had some really delicious guacamole on top. I used to make my own fat bombs, but it was time consuming and I never added cocoa powder so these are definitely a leveled up, time saving version of my own. I will definitely be going back and would recommend anyone to try this place out, whether you are keto or not. :)

All gluten free as mentioned and great friendly staff. The portions were very filling and everything we had was tasty. Definitely great for celiacs!

The person that helped us was very friendly and welcoming. They have a variety of healthy food that tastes very good, you could not tell it was Keto. We had the Chai Latte, Salmon, Brownie and Cheesecake - ALLLLLLL VERY GOOD!

The food is definitely above average and they get an A+ for innovation. It is so nice to see these keto options available, and the customer service is fantastic. We got the food for takeout, and it kept together really well. The prices are a bit high, but I still think they have good value. It is in a nice location downtown that is easy to find and get to. If you want to try something different and unique, you will want to stop by and grab a bite.
